  John P. Engblom - Senior Supervisor: John has been with the company since the foundation in 1983. He has an unbelievable wealth of knowledge when it comes to applications and finishes. John is our on staff "Wood Expert". When it comes to job coordination and developing a common sense plan for a difficult project, he has an uncanny ability to see very large projects through to the end, with spectacular results.  Clay Johns - Supervisor: Clay first picked up a paint brush in the 70's. He is a true professional who has been with our company since June 1990. Clay is easily our most requested supervisor. He takes great pride in his work and has a great personality. Time and again, for over a decade, he has kept our customers happy. There is no doubt about it, our customers love having Clay run their projects.  Jim Cypers - Supervisor: Jim is our most efficient supervisor. He has been a professional painter now for over 30 years, dealing in all aspects of the industry. Jim is as reliable as the sun coming up. We are pleased to have him as part of our team since 1994.  Russell Donecker - Supervisor: Russell has been painting for almost 20 years and has been with our company since 1996. He is a hard worker and takes tremendous care to achieve customer satisfaction. We've gotten alot of compliments from builders who apprciate the way Russell runs their jobs.  Earl Trent - Supervisor: Earl has been working for BCP since 1995. He is a very detailed oriented individual, and is very gifted with final finishes. Earl is also a big sports fanatic, you won't have any trouble getting him to talk sports with you.  Jim Robinson - Supervisor: Jimmy has been painting for over 15 years and first started working for BCP in 1992. He started as a painter, but quickly displayed an ability to take charge and properly run a project. He left us for a short while to run commercial work for a DC paint contractor. Jim and his right hand man (Assistant Supervisor) Will Wieland (pictured below) usually work as a team. Will is a tremendous painter with alot of skill and has a great sense of humor, he makes the job site fun. Both live over the Bay Bridge, and are fondly known as Bay Country ESD (Eastern Shore Division).   Roy Kues - Painter: Roy has been painting for over two decades and has been a faithful employee with BCP since 1997. He is tremendously reliable and is generally known as Clay John's right hand man.  |
